Delete your account
We're sorry to see you go. You can permanently delete your PouchBuddy account and all associated data in either of these ways.
Option 1 — in the app
- Open PouchBuddy on your phone.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is removed immediately.
Option 2 — by email
If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you:

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, pouch-tracking history, quit plan, and friend connections from our servers and our sign-in provider. This action cannot be undone.
